Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
